Aim is to look and feel fabulous by New Years 2016.
On Tuesday I was to a Army PDA assessment where I did a 1.5 mile run. I did it in 16:15 but need to do it in 14 or less. I didn’t stop once though so that was good.
On Saturday I did the run again and did it in 17:25!! That’s 1 min slower. I think I’m going to start going for 1 mile runs and take it from there.
So this fabulous by NY 2016 isn’t really going in the right direction.
