A training plan

So I am trying a new thing with my running. For a while now I have been running for as long as I can then walking then running and it’s really not working. I have decided to do a training plan to gt to 5K. I have started on week 3 which is 3 mins run 3 mins walk x 4. I think I went out too fast for the 1ts 3 min run as I was really needing to push myself for the last 3 min run.
