First run with my Garmin F15

 

So I didn’t do a long run, I’m just starting to get back into running. I love my watch, I no longer have to carry my phone with me.
I need to push myself though I tend to give up to soon 🙁 My run today was very slow but that was due to only about 7 mins of running.

In other news we are getting our own washer dryer on Friday and I’m down 1.6lbs! My aim for the rest of the year is to lose 15 more lbs so at least 1lb a weeks finishing the year at around 172.8lbs / 78kgs / 12.3st
