Run 3.1 miles

For the first time since moving to Worthing I managed to run/walk 3.1 miles.

Mile 1 = 13:58 pace
Mile 2 = 13:56 pace
Mile 3 = 14:02 pace
Mile 0.1 = 13:37 pace

I started with a 5 min run then a 2 min walk then a 4 min run and a 2 min walk. In the end I just use the benches along the route as targets. My aim now is to get under 40 mins.
