I don’t want to be making the excuse of ‘oh I’ve just finished a night shift, I’m too tired’. So today as soon as I got home I changed into my running gear and went out the door.
I ran 3.26km in 29 mins.
1km – 10:09 (I had it turned on as I left the flat so about 3 mins of walking here)
2km – 08:04
3km – 08:29
0.26km – 09:02
I think I did very well, I started off slower that I had done in the past and it felt good. I only walked a little but throughout!m
I ran without water for the first time, I’ve realised that I do need it, but not as much as I have been using it.
