I haven’t been going to the Army Reserves much lately. I am still applying but I’m just needing to work on my run.
Now to my running. It does appear to be improving at all. I have the Army RRMT on 2nd July so 8 weeks to get my time to 14 min. Should be able to do it by then.
I have signed up for a running class/session at the gym to hopefully get so.me pointers. I really need to do a run each time I go to the gym, shame it’s always extremely busy the time I go for classes. Maybe I’ll just start going in the afternoons then do a swim afterwards.
