So on Wednesday I did my very first spin class, I am still feeling the effects 2 days later. It didn’t hurt that I had a session with my instructor yesterday to give me a new routine to do.
I can hardly lift my legs, I actually have to pull my left leg up using my clothes. I’ve tried using ice packs but that hasn’t helped. I find it hard to squat therefore sit and I can’t kneel at all. I hope I get over this soon 🙁
