Tuesdays workout

Yesterdays routine involved the deadlift, I can never get my back quiet right on this lift. Deadlift 6x30kg | 6x40kg | 6x40kg Barbell curl 6x30kg | 6x30kg | 6x30kg Incline dumbbell curl 8x4kg | 8x4kg | 8x4kg Alt hammer curl 8x6kg | 8x6kg | 8x6kg Treadmill run 5min @ 5.5mph
