What is with the weather?!

So by the time Keith went to work this morning it was pouring it down and the wind had really picked up. By 8am it had calmed down but I’d already decided not to go to the gym & do my exercises at home instead.

I ending up doing strength training and 10km on the bike in 18.17 min.

So far my eating today has been what I’d call healthy – salad with chicken. Not sure what I’m having for dinner though.

My weight is currently 86.6kg / 190.9lb. Some of the increase is bloating, & water. I’d love to get down to 80kg by the end of Jan.
