Yesterdays session

So this was my 10 session in 5 weeks, so that averages is 2 a week, which isn’t bad going.

Session 10:

Squats

  • body weight 10×2
  • olympic bar 10×2
  • olympic bar + 5kg, 10×6

My form is terrible, I keep coming off my heels and I don’t stick my butt out when I go down.

TRX pull up x 5
DB squat clean x 5
BB bent over rows x 5
BB deadlift x 5

Rest 30s, repeat x8

I was dying at the end and I never though I’d manage to do all 8 sets but somehow I did!

I was meant to go to the gym today, but I appear to be having hip issues so I think I’ll have a rest day.
